Terms of Service.
This is a plain-language summary of the rules for using Content OS. It is not legal advice. Last updated June 19, 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Content OS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Content OS.
The service
Content OS is a content-intelligence dashboard for Instagram creators. You connect your Instagram Business or Creator account, and we fetch your reels and metrics, compute engagement ratios, and generate AI analysis, transcriptions, and semantic search over your own content. The service is offered to creators in Latin America and the United States.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Content OS.
- One person or entity per account; do not share your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Content OS for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Instagram's or Meta's terms.
- Attempt to access another user's data or our systems without authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
- Upload content that you do not have the right to analyze.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions and billing
- Content OS offers a free tier and paid tiers (Founder and Pro), billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
- Paid features are described at the point of purchase.
- We offer a 7-day refund on new paid subscriptions. After the refund window, charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices with notice; changes do not affect the current billing period you have already paid for.
- You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Your content and ownership
- You retain all rights to your Instagram content and the data you connect.
- You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service (for example, to transcribe, analyze, and index it for your own use).
- We own the Content OS software, interface, and design. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
Third-party services
Content OS depends on third parties including Instagram/Meta, OpenAI, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, and Resend. Your use of the service is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Disclaimers
Content OS is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate or complete. AI output is informational and should not be treated as professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Content OS and delete your account at any time (see the Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your data follows the retention process described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
